About Us

Visioning team goal:

To bring clarity to our church ministry teams by identifying needs and setting goals to accomplish the shared mission of Nolensville UMC.

In practice:

A group to provide cohesive short and long term strategic planning by meeting with our churches ministry teams. This will be done during second Sunday fellowship breakfast using creative thinking exercises. Secondly, feasibility information will be collected about the current building, property (owned and surrounding), city regulations on building, loan potential etc.

After a thorough compilation of the specific needs and goals of all groups and feasibility constraints, we will provide prioritized short and long-term strategic plans. These recommendations will then be handed off to the administrative committees of the church for further approval and implementation.
